Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Stockity platform, users acknowledge and agree to all applicable terms, policies, operational rules, and privacy conditions enforced by Stockity. Using the platform without fully understanding these terms constitutes a violation of the legal agreement between the user and Stockity. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue all activities within the platform, including registration, login, or financial transactions.
2. Service Modifications
Stockity reserves the right to upgrade, modify, add, or remove platform features at any time for operational improvements, compliance adjustments, security updates, or maintenance purposes. Users understand that service updates may cause interface changes, trading adjustments, temporary downtime, or policy revisions. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of all updates.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login details, passwords, 2FA codes, and all sensitive account data. Any activity performed through the account—whether by the user or another party gaining access through negligence—remains the full responsibility of the user. Users must not engage in fraudulent behavior, identity misuse, system manipulation, bot usage without permission, or any harmful actions that compromise platform integrity.
4. Limitation of Liability
Stockity does not guarantee that the platform will be completely free from delays, technical errors, connection issues, or market volatility. Trading involves substantial financial risk, including the total loss of funds. Stockity is not responsible for losses arising from user decisions, unexpected market movement, global economic shifts, or technical disturbances.
5. Account Verification
Users must provide valid and verifiable information during registration. Stockity may request identification documents, proof of address, live verification, or additional materials to ensure compliance. Refusal to provide accurate documents may result in limited access or account closure.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraud, money laundering, hacking attempts, distribution of malicious software, market manipulation, bonus abuse, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities. Stockity may suspend or terminate accounts without notice when violations occur.
7. Fair Use Policy
All users must adhere to Stockity's fair-use standards. Abnormal activity such as exploiting price delays, performing unusual transaction patterns, or masking location for illicit advantage may result in permanent account restriction.
8. Data Protection & Security
Stockity employs advanced security technologies including encryption, firewalls, anomaly detection, and multi-layered monitoring. Users must ensure their devices are secure and free from malware to avoid unauthorized access.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
Stockity may suspend, restrict, or permanently close accounts based on violations, suspicious activity, regulatory requests, or risk concerns. Users may appeal decisions based on the established review procedures.
10. Payment & Withdrawal Terms
All financial transactions must match the user's verified identity. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not allowed. Stockity may delay transactions if additional verification is required or risk indicators are detected.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the legal jurisdiction in which Stockity operates. Any disputes will first undergo internal review, followed by arbitration if required.
