Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Stockity platform, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all applicable terms, internal policies, privacy policies, and operational rules established by Stockity. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and refrain from continuing the registration process, logging in, or performing any transactions within the system. Stockity reserves the right to revise or update these terms from time to time, and users are responsible for reviewing any modifications that may occur.
2. Service Modifications
Stockity reserves the right to improve, modify, add, or remove platform features and services at any time for operational purposes, security improvements, or service enhancements. These changes may be implemented gradually or immediately without prior notice. Users acknowledge that system updates may lead to interface adjustments, changes in trading mechanisms, modifications in payment technologies, temporary service interruptions, or updates to platform policies. Stockity is not liable for any inconvenience caused during these update processes.
3. User Rights and Responsibilities
Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including passwords, two-factor authentication codes (2FA), transaction PINs, and other access information. All activities conducted through the account remain the responsibility of the user, even if third parties gain access due to the user's negligence. Users are prohibited from attempting to deceive the system, manipulate prices, perform unauthorized arbitrage, use automated bots without permission, or engage in any activity that could harm the integrity or stability of the platform. Violations may result in account restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent termination.
4. Limitation of Liability
Stockity does not guarantee that the platform will always operate without technical interruptions, delays, inaccuracies in pricing data, or other system errors. Users understand that trading involves significant financial risk, including the potential loss of all invested funds. Stockity shall not be held responsible for losses resulting from user decisions, incorrect strategies, market volatility, global economic changes, or unexpected price movements. All trading decisions are made independently by the user.
5. Account and Verification Requirements
Users must provide accurate, lawful, and verifiable information during the registration process. Stockity may request additional documentation, such as official identification, proof of address, selfie verification, or other supporting documents to confirm the authenticity of user data. Failure to provide the requested documents may lead to account restrictions, suspension, or termination of services. Using false identities, impersonating others, or creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in activities that could harm the platform or other users. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, money laundering, distributing malware, sending spam, using automated trading bots without authorization, manipulating market conditions, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or attempting to damage server infrastructure. Stockity reserves the right to close accounts without prior notice if such activities are detected.
7. Fair Use of the Platform
Stockity expects all users to utilize the platform responsibly and fairly. Exploiting system delays, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages is strictly forbidden. Actions such as abusing bonus systems through VPN usage or conducting suspicious trading patterns may result in permanent account suspension.
8. Security and Data Protection
Stockity employs advanced security measures to protect user information, including data encryption, multi-layer firewalls, real-time monitoring, and anomaly detection systems. However, users acknowledge that no digital system can guarantee absolute security. Users are therefore responsible for maintaining the safety of their personal devices and avoiding access through unsecured or public networks.
9. Account Suspension or Termination
Stockity reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate user accounts in cases of policy violations, requests from legal authorities, suspected fraudulent activities, inconsistencies in KYC documentation, or suspicious financial transactions. Users may submit an appeal according to the designated procedures, but the final decision remains with Stockity to maintain platform security.
10. Payment and Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions must correspond to the verified identity of the account holder. Stockity does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Users must understand applicable limits, transaction fees, processing times, and anti–money laundering regulations. Transactions may be delayed or reviewed if potential risks are identified.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws and jurisdiction where Stockity legally operates. Any disputes should first be addressed through internal resolution mechanisms. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may proceed to arbitration or the appropriate legal authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.
